Meet The Aspendale Littleton Team

MJ Hampton brings a warm, community‑minded spirit to her role as Community Manager. After calling Colorado Springs home for 26 years with her husband and 4 children, she’s embarking on her own great adventure by relocating to Denver.  She is a homebody‑adventurer, and is equally happy exploring new places as she is curled up with a good book. A huge Harry Potter fan, MJ believes in the magic of connection, kindness, and building welcoming spaces where people can truly feel at home.

Aiyana Johnson is a Sales Consultant at Aspendale Littleton, and her favorite part of the job is helping seniors discover a place where they can build meaningful connections and create a true sense of community. She’s a proud mom of three — two boys and a girl, ages 10, 8, and 6 — a foodie at heart, and happiest when she's cooking, trying new foods, or juggling family life with a smile. Fun fact: if there’s a new dish to try, Aiyana is always first in line. 

Jacob McAtee is an easygoing, people‑first professional with a knack for building meaningful relationships. Outside of work, he proudly embraces his favorite role as uncle to 6‑year‑old Bennett, enjoys good music, loves a great movie, and values time spent with friends and family.

Dedicated to keeping the community vibrant and beautiful, Tommy Renick loves connecting with residents and is especially committed to ensuring a smooth and welcoming move-in process for every newcomer. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the Colorado outdoors with his husband of eight years and spending time with his two cats.
